Refund policy
We hope you will enjoy every purchase you obtain from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will accept returns of some wearable items such as outerwear, shoes, bags, or other non-intimate, and non-application items within 30 days of delivery to you in exchange for a full refund of the amount you paid for the item.
In the event that you need to make a return, please notify Image Diva of your intent to return your purchase directly, for co-ordination and assistance via email: info@imagediva.com.
Other merchandise such as face masks, lingerie, other underwear or intimate apparel, creams, lotions, and other applications to body/skin, as well as all items sold off in special promotional sales, are final sale only. These may not be returned under any circumstance. Please note that Image Diva team will resolve issues regarding face coverings, to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchases, despite the fact that Image Diva will not accept returns of face coverings/masks due to health concerns. Upon returning an eligible item(s), your full refund due to you will be processed once the items reach us, are inspected, and satisfied to be in an acceptable condition. All returns must be in the same state as in the time of purchase. Such items are to be clean, tamper-free, with all original tags attached, and without damage.
